The People & Culture team supports the organisation through a range of workforce initiatives, including industrial relations, workforce planning, policy development and systems improvement. We work together to create a positive and inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and valued.

About the Role
/n
This role is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Bargaining (EA) professional who has been actively involved in bargaining negotiations and implementation.
/n
You will coordinate the full EA lifecycle, from preparation and bargaining through to Fair Work Commission approval and implementation.
/n
In addition, you will contribute to key People & Culture initiatives, including the implementation of a new case management system, policy reviews, workforce planning projects and improvements to volunteer management practices.
/n
What You'll Deliver
/n
/n
- Coordinate and support the full Enterprise Agreement lifecycle, from preparation and bargaining through to Fair Work Commission approval and implementation.
/n
- Prepare bargaining documentation, analysis, communications and advice to support negotiations, stakeholder engagement and decision-making
/n
- Provide industrial relations advice and use workforce and remuneration data to inform bargaining positions and outcomes
/n
- Lead the implementation of a new People & Culture case management system, including process improvements and reporting capabilities
/n
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives, including policy reviews, workforce planning projects and improvements to volunteer management practices

Your Skills and Experience
/n
/n
- Demonstrated Enterprise Bargaining and industrial relations experience, including negotiations, drafting, implementation,
Fair Work Commission approvals and interpreting industrial instruments and legislation
/n
- Experience engaging with unions, employee representatives, leaders and other stakeholders to support successful bargaining outcomes
/n
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, recommendations and stakeholder communications, and use workforce and remuneration data to inform decision-making
/n
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to deliver People & Culture initiatives such as policy reviews, process improvements and systems implementation
/n/n
