Job Title: Network Engineer For Dispatch Position

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our Dispatch Team, providing onsite and remote support for enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network equipment while ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

Engineers may be dispatched to customer locations as required to perform network deployments, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.

/n

- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and routing issues.

/n

- Perform onsite dispatch activities, including hardware installation, replacement, break/fix, and network upgrades.

/n

- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA.

/n





- Support network security, documentation, and preventive maintenance.

/n

- Collaborate with remote teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

/n/n

Required Skills:

/n

/n

- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching.

/n

- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar networking technologies.

/n

- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).

/n

- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and hardware replacement.

/n

- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.

/n

- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for dispatch assignments
