They're seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join the team on a short‐term contract to create engaging, high‐quality digital learning experiences for employees across the business.

The Opportunity
/n
Working closely with the HR Manager and key stakeholders, you'll design and develop a range of digital learning modules that support employees throughout their learning journey.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll take learning projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring content is visually engaging, interactive and aligned to adult learning principles.
/n
About You
/n
You'll be an experienced Learning Designer with a strong portfolio of digital learning content and the ability to translate complex information into engaging online experiences.
/n
You'll bring:
/n
/n
- 5+ years' experience designing and developing e‐learning content
/n
- Strong instructional design capability and knowledge of adult learning principles
/n
- Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Moodle, Canvas or similar learning technologies
/n
- The ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously
/n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
/n
- A proactive, cooperative approach and strong attention to detail
/n
- Experience creating learning content within the retail sector will be highly regarded but isn't essential
