Are you an A-grade loan processor or broker support professional with ambitions to become a broker - but currently held back by a lack of leads, deal flow, or opportunity?

The Role at a Glance

- Title: Broker Support

/n

- Location: Southport, QLD, Australia

/n

- Type: Full time, on-site (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

/n

- Salary: $90,000 + super – OTE $130,000 up to $150,000+ (top performers earning ~$60k commission on top of base)

/n

- Client Flow: High volume, paid, ready to proceed clients

/n

- BD Required: None

/n

- Progression: Structured pathway to become a Mortgage Broker (Financial Strategist)

The Opportunity

/n

Infinity Group's internal mortgage brokerage settles ~$300m - $500m+ per month across residential, investment, and construction lending. We support approximately 6,000 paying clients nationwide, all actively implementing long‐term lending strategies designed to:

- Pay off home loans decades earlier

- Your job is to execute at a high level – and progress

What You'll Be Responsible For

/n

You'll manage loans end-to-end, across residential, investment, and construction scenarios, with real autonomy and trust. This includes:

/n

/n

- Preparing, lodging, and managing applications via Apply Online

/n

- Running files from initial assessment through to settlement

/n

- Reviewing PAYG and self‐employed financials, including company and trust structures

/n

- Supporting lending strategy through serviceability and lender policy positioningli>

/n

- Liaising with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and accountants

/n

- Proactively managing issues to keep deals moving

/n

- Owning client communication and expectations throughout the process

/n

- Maintaining audit‐ready CRM records and full NCCP/AML compliance

/n/n

This is a hands‐on, high‐volume role for someone who takes pride in precision and pace.

/n

Who This Role Is For

This role is not suitable for entry level candidates or those still learning loan processing.

It is designed for someone who:

- Has strong exposure to investment and construction lending

- Is commercially minded and performance driven

- Wants a genuine pathway into broking but lacks deal flow in their current role

Experience & Requirements

/n

/n





- 2–3+ years' experience in mortgage processing or brokerage operations

/n

- Strong Apply Online experience (essential)

/n

- Construction lending experience (essential)

/n

- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)

/n

- Clear police check and credit report

/n

- Full Australian working rights

/n/n

Remuneration & Progression
