MG Plumbing & Maintenance is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Plumbing Manager to lead our growing maintenance division in Darwin.

This role is best suited to an experienced plumber who is looking to take the next step into management, or an existing maintenance manager with a strong plumbing background. You will be responsible for leading our maintenance team, building strong client relationships, overseeing quoting and scheduling, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

About the Role
/n
As our Maintenance Plumbing Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our plumbing maintenance division while working closely with technicians, clients, and management. You'll play a key role in driving performance, mentoring your team, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Australian Plumbing Licence (or equivalent recognised qualification).
/n
Extensive experience in plumbing maintenance.
/n
Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
/n
Current Australian Driver Licence.
/n
Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations and industry best practices.
/n
Experience preparing quotations and managing maintenance works.
/n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
/n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
/n
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance plumbers.
/n
- Prepare accurate quotes and job estimates.
/n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
/n
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance jobs from start to finish.
/n
- Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and team training.
/n
- Monitor budgets, productivity, and project deadlines.
/n
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and relevant plumbing regulations.
/n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
/n
- Provide clear leadership, direction, and ongoing support to your team.
/n/n
