What You'll Be Doing

- Scheduling & Resource Coordination Manage and maintain workforce,



equipment and machinery scheduling to ensure projects are appropriately staffed, resourced and delivered efficiently.

/n

- Team Leadership & Workforce Management Lead, mentor and manage the performance and development of site teams to ensure operational success, strong safety practices and high-quality workmanship.

/n

- Operational Delivery & Job Profitability Conduct job quotations, manage delivery teams, oversee invoicing, and ensure works are completed in line with timelines, budgets and profitability targets.

/n

- Strategic & Client-Focused Leadership Build strong client relationships, support business growth, and contribute to the strategic direction of TWS operations in the Alice Springs region.

- Stock & Procurement Oversight Oversee stock levels, procurement processes and job materials to reduce waste, manage costs and support efficient project delivery.

What We're Looking For

/n

The successful candidate will bring:

/n

/n

- Experience leading teams in a trade, plumbing, civil or construction environment

/n

- Certificate IV in Plumbing

/n

- Demonstrated success in scheduling, workforce planning and project profitability

/n/n

/n

- Proven ability to manage quotes, invoicing and delivery against budget

/n

- High-level communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

/n

- A current manual driver's licence

/n

- Demonstrated Project Management experience

/n/n

Desirable Skills

/n

The following would be highly regarded:

/n

/n

- Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software

/n

- Excavator, skid steer or backhoe tickets

/n

- First aid certification

/n

- Safety management, quality assurance or leadership qualifications

/n

- Experience working in remote communities or across the Northern Territory

/n

- Demonstrated Project Management experience

/n/n
