Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Manage end-to-end low to medium-risk procurement activities
/n
- Develop procurement plans and Spending Proposals
/n
- Prepare RFQs,
RFTs, RFIs and other Approach to Market documentation
/n
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis
/n
- Coordinate and lead evaluation processes
/n
- Prepare evaluation reports and approval documentation
/n
- Engage with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements
/n
- Support negotiations and contract establishment
/n
- Maintain procurement records and audit‐ready documentation
/n
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs)

Skills & Experience
/n

- Previous procurement experience within the Australian Commonwealth Government
/n
- APS5: 1–2+ years' procurement experience
/n
- APS6: 2–5+ years' procurement experience
/n
- Robust knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs)
