Logistics, Assets & Procurement Coordinator
/n Location: Barton, ACT (Onsite)
/n Security Clearance: NV1 Required (NV2 Highly Desirable)
/n Contract Term: Initial 12 Months + Extension Options

Compas is seeking an experienced Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator to support a high-profile Federal Government security program.
/n This is a unique opportunity to join a specialised team responsible for delivering critical logistics, procurement and asset management functions that support national and international operations.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Coordinate operational deployments and associated logistics activities.
/n
- Manage end-to-end procurement and contract activities.
/n
- Maintain asset registers and coordinate stocktakes.
/n
- Support financial management, budgeting and reporting activities.
/n
- Prepare project, governance and financial documentation.
/n
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and replacement programs.
/n
- Coordinate international freight and supply chain activities.
/n
- Engage with stakeholders across government and industry.
/n
- Review and improve operational processes and procedures.
/n
- Identify and mitigate procurement and operational risks.
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Experience in logistics, procurement and asset management environments.
/n
- Strong understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and contract management.
/n
- Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems.
/n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
/n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
/n
- A proactive approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.
/n
- Experience supporting complex operational or secure environments.
/n
- Commitment to integrity, accountability and high-quality service delivery.
/n/n
Highly Desirable
/n
/n
- Experience within Federal Government, Defence or National Security environments.
/n
- Experience managing sensitive equipment or technical assets.
/n
- Exposure to international logistics or operational deployments.
/n
- Understanding of dangerous goods handling or regulated environments.
/n/n
Security Requirements
/n
/n
- Be Australian Citizens.
/n
- Hold a current NV1 Security Clearance as a minimum.
/n
- Be willing and eligible to obtain an NV2 Security Clearance.
/n/n
