Senior SAP Infrastructure Engineer

/n

We're looking for a senior SAP BASIS professional who enjoys owning complex, secure SAP landscapes and working across SAP BTP, cloud integration, and enterprise platforms in a government‐aligned environment.

/n

This role suits someone who is technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the trusted SAP authority.

/n

What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Manage and optimise enterprise SAP environments (ECC6, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ERP, PI, Fiori, GRC, etc.)

/n

- Administer and integrate SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, Build Apps, Launchpad, Document Management)

/n

- Support SAP platforms hosted on HPE Green Lake HANA Enterprise Cloud

/n

- Lead upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation

/n

- Design and support hybrid integrations between SAP on‐prem, BTP, and third‐party systems

/n

- Automate deployments using BTP CLI, Cloud Foundry CLI, Git, and Dev Ops practices

/n

- Manage identity, access, and security (SAP IAS/IPS, SSO, GRC, IRAP‐aligned controls)

/n

- Provide technical leadership during major incidents and recovery activities

/n/n

What You'll Bring

/n

/n





- 10+ years' experience in SAP BASIS administration (Net Weaver, S/4HANA, HANA DB)

/n

- Hands‐on experience across SAP modules including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ERP, Fiori, GRC, PI, BO, Sol Man, IDM

/n

- Solid SAP BTP and hybrid cloud experience (Cockpit, subaccounts, entitlements, Cloud Connector)

/n

- Solid background in infrastructure and security (SFTP, SAP Router, certificates, firewalls, IAM)

/n

- Experience working within Australian Government security frameworks (ISM, PSPF, IRAP)

/n

- Exposure to Cloud Foundry, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern Dev Ops practices

/n

- Experience with Open Text and SAP‐integrated third‐party tools

/n/n
