The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join our expanding Brisbane team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of property and commercial transactions, developing your skills in a supportive workplace.

You will collaborate closely with Cyril and our senior team members, gaining invaluable experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage residential and commercial property transactions, including drafting contracts, leases, and overseeing settlements
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Managing residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files
- Draft and review commercial agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and other legal documentation
- Conduct property searches, due diligence, and assist with settlement procedures
- Provide legal advice on property development, leasing, and corporate transactions
- Support senior lawyers in legal research, strategy, and client consultations




- Support and supervise junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services

Qualifications

- 2+ years PQE in property and/or commercial law
- Proven experience managing property and commercial files independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented team player eager to develop expertise in property and commercial law
