Job Description

The Mackays Group is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across its farming operations in Queensland. This role focuses on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

You will design safety programs, perform risk assessments, manage incidents, train staff, and ensure environmental compliance while leading a small team and traveling to group sites in Far North Queensland and interstate.
