CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a privately owned, well established commercial building head contractor in Perth, who due to growth and newly awarded projects have a new opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to play a key role within the business.

A leading contractor who have been established in Perth & WA for over 15+ years, with a team of 30+ - this builder has a proven track record of delivering a wide variety of buildings - Commercial, Industrial, Mixed Use etc - typically up to $50m.

The Role - HSE Advisor

- Offer on-site health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidance to the project team.
- Provide daily support to the Project Manager and Supervisors in HSE management.
- Create and revise HSE Management Plans specific to the project.
- Take the lead in and assist with investigations, reporting, and action management for project incidents.
- Regularly monitor and report project/site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on both a weekly and monthly basis.

A client that take pride in their projects, providing extensive resources to each project & who look after their sub contractors, with consistent repeat business.





Well suited to a driven HSE Advisor who has excellent communication skills, who is personable, approachable and can build robust relationships with the project delivery teams.

Long term permanent opportunity with a stable and established builder, salary package ranging from $140-$150k + Super + Vehicle.
