Bega Garnbirringu Health Service is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality, compliance, accreditation, risk management and governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role supports culturally safe, community-led services while ensuring organisational standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead quality, risk and compliance systems across the organisation.

/n

- Coordinate accreditation and audit activities.

/n

- Oversee policies, procedures and document control.

/n

- Maintain organisational risk registers and compliance reporting.

/n

- Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

/n

- Support culturally safe information governance and Aboriginal Data Sovereignty principles.

/n

- Provide training, guidance and support to managers and staff.

/n

- Prepare reports and dashboards for Executive leadership.

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

- Experience in quality, compliance, governance or risk management within health, community services or a similar environment.

/n

- Experience using quality management systems such as Logiqc, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.

/n





- Strong policy writing, reporting and organisational skills.

/n

- Understanding of and commitment to culturally safe practice.

/n

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

/n

- Knowledge of accreditation frameworks such as NSQHS, RACGP, ISO 9001 or AQF/RTO requirements.

/n

- Understanding of Aboriginal Data Sovereignty.

/n

- Experience supporting audits, accreditation processes or quality system implementation.

/n

Requirements

/n

- Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.

/n

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months).

/n

- Current Working with Children Check.

/n
