Now, as we scale, we're looking for a Senior Electrical Compliance & Technical Manager to lead the charge on safety, standards, and engineering excellence across our BESS platform. It's about shaping how renewable energy is built, tested, and trusted – not just ticking boxes.

What you'll take ownership of

/n

/n

- Leading Red Earth's electrical compliance and certification across all products and installations

/n

- Translating complex standards (AS/NZS 3000, 5139, 4777, and others) into practical design and production guidance

/n

- Partnering with design, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure every system is safe, compliant, and beautifully engineered

/n

- Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and electrical design processes

/n

- Representing Red Earth in conversations with regulators, auditors, and technical bodies

/n

- Mentoring engineers and building deep internal capability in compliance and safety

What you bring

/n

/n

- Chartered or degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with strong compliance, testing, or certification experience

/n

- Deep understanding of electrical and safety standards for renewable or battery systems

/n

- Experience working at the interface of product design, compliance, and manufacturing

/n

- A systems thinker who's as comfortable in standards documentation as you are on the factory floor or in the lab

/n

- A natural collaborator who lifts technical teams and champions best practice

/n/n
