The Role:

This is a well-established, product-led business in the health, beauty and wellbeing space, with a robust retail/clinic network and a fast-growing digital and eCommerce arm. As they continue to scale their online presence, they're looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of digital growth and bring real strategic rigour to the function.

This is a standalone position reporting directly to the Head of Digital. You won't be managing a team — instead, you'll be hands-on, resourceful, and the driving force behind the organisation's digital sales growth. You'll bring the discipline and structure of a larger organisation into a business that's ready to professionalise its digital function further.

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Own the performance of the online marketplace and brand websites, driving traffic, conversion, AOV and repeat purchase.

/n

- Lead the digital media investment strategy across paid social, search, programmatic and affiliate, with clear accountability for ROI and attribution.

/n

- CRM is central to this role. You'll own database growth, segmentation, automated lifecycle journeys, and loyalty programs that drive retention.

/n

- Own the digital promotional calendar and digital-specific campaign levers, briefing and guiding creative development.

/n





- Drive organic visibility and continuous CRO/UX improvement across digital properties.

/n

- Work closely with Sales, Brand, Customer Service and the wider retail/clinic network to ensure digital activity supports, rather than competes with the broader business.

/n

- Provide meaningful input into broader digital strategy and commercial planning, working closely with the Head of Digital.

What we're looking for:

/n

/n

- Prior experience in Shopify (preferred but not essential)

/n

- Experience in a product-based business, ideally within healthcare, wellbeing, beauty or a related consumer space.

/n

- A confident individual owning database growth, segmentation and lifecycle automation.

/n

- A track record in digital marketing and eCommerce, with solid commercial and analytical acumen.

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to build trust and influence across a diverse business.

/n

- Comfortable owning a standalone function without a team around you.

/n

- Ideally, you've worked within a larger, more structured organisation and can bring that discipline to a growing business.

/n
