Role Overview

A Metropolitan hospital in Victoria requires a Registrar/PHO in Internal Medicine for a night shift cover from 4 May 2026 to 2 August 2026 (08:00‑23:30). The roster pattern is 7 nights on, 7 nights off. Salary is $169.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Provide clinical care across general medicine on a night shift basis.
- Work within an acute and sub‑acute teaching hospital with 600 beds and a range of services.
- Coordinate care within intensive care unit, cardiac, women’s and children’s, surgical, mental health, aged care and rehabilitation services.
- Assist in emergency department, including paediatric service, and support maternity services with high birth volume.
