Bendigo Bank is undertaking a major transformation, and the Head of Enterprise Delivery Practices will redesign and scale delivery across the bank, reporting to the Group Transformation Officer, shaping the Delivery Practice for the 2030 strategy.
You will lead a senior team, set standards, champion AI-enabled methods, align risk and finance frameworks, and partner with executives to prioritise initiatives. This is a permanent role with hybrid work across major cities including Bendigo.
