What are we looking for?

We are now seeking a talented experienced Lawyer/Associate to join our National Work + Road team in Bendigo.

/n

Our Lawyers in the Work + Road team, assist clients with Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. The successful person in this position will work closely with an established team across a range of matters and will take carriage of a file load.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work with some incredibly talented and likeminded team members. Critical to the role will be forging strong links with internal and external stakeholders.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Management of a Work + Road practice

/n

- Provide transparent,practical and concise legal and commercial advice

/n

- Providing a tailoredapproach to clients to understand the context of their matter

/n

- Identifying practicaland innovative solutions for clients

/n

- Maintain and build newclient relationships for the practice

/n

- Providing exceptionalservice to clients

/n/n

- Previous practisingexperience in personal injury law with a passion for Work + Road Law

- Demonstrated skills ineffective network and relationship management

/n

- Ability to workautonomously as well as within a team environment

/n

- Ability to listen to,and empathise with clients and their families

/n

- Ability to exercisejudgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily

- Superiororganisational skills
