About the Role

The Coordinator Support at Home Packages is responsible for leading the packages program and providing leadership to program staff in accordance with Support at Home Program Guidelines.
The role is responsible for overseeing the provision of a person‑centred approach that respects client choice, dignity, and independence, while driving operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for

Providing operational leadership and management to staff responsible for SAH package clients.
Driving and supporting staff through change resulting from the Aged Care Act 2024.




Overseeing processes and procedures development and implementation to ensure the SAH program operates within legislated requirements and that client care and clinical needs are identified and addressed.

Recruiting and maintaining a skilled, motivated and competent workforce and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Mandatory pre‑employment requirements

Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.

Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
