About The Role

Australian Hospitality and Leisure (ALH) is a leader in the hospitality industry with more than 350 pubs across the country.
/n
We create pub experiences that locals love, from dining, bars, wagering, gaming, accommodation and live entertainment.
/n
Salary: $110,000 + superannuation + bonus

A Day In The Life Of a Publican
/n
/n
- Know the locals by name while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.;
/n
- Run the venue like it's your own modern‐day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
/n
- Serve as the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‐performing team.
/n
- Put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
/n
- Bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles every shift, every day.
/n/n
Inherent Requirements
/n
/n
- Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs, and deliveries.
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Hold current RSA, RCG and Licensee qualifications as per NSW state requirements.
/n/n
