Davidson & ASC are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to drive the strategic direction, design, and execution of mobility programs supporting national defence outcomes.
/n
Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Partner with senior ASC leadership to shape mobility strategy aligned to future workforce demands.
/n
- Lead end‐to‐end global mobility policy, compliance, vendor management, and program design.
/n
- Build strong, trusted relationships that support leaders in high‐pressure, time‐critical environments.
/n
- Deliver transparent reporting, insights, and cost visibility to inform executive decision‐making.
/n
- Establish an efficient, human, consistent, and scalable mobility experience during rapid organisational growth.
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- Extensive experience leading global mobility programs in large, complex organisations.
/n
- Ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility quickly.
/n
- Deep understanding of multi‐jurisdictional compliance, tax frameworks,
immigration processes, and cross‐border workforce movement.
/n
- Experience designing or uplifting mobility frameworks to support organisational scale.
/n
- A global mindset, high integrity, and confidence to operate in ambiguity.
/n/n
