The Opportunity

- FIFO position based in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia

- 8/6 Roster, Day Shift Only, Competitive rates of pay

- 3 Months+ Casual Contract – ongoing opportunities for the right candidate

You'll play a vital role on our client's site, covering a range of responsibilities from emergency preparedness to incident response, medical care, and emergency management.

About You
/n
/n
- Experience and qualifications in emergency response within underground mining, or a background in emergency management, fire services, defence, or a similar field
/n
- FIFO experience highly desirable
/n
- Strong working knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures
/n
- Medical capability in emergency response
/n
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
/n
- Physically fit and prepared for the operational demands of the role
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- UGSR_BG4 Underground Search & Rescue Closed Circuit BA
/n
- RII30719 – Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue, OR PUA30622 – Certificate III in Public Safety
/n
- HLT41120 – Certificate IV in Health Care (or higher)
/n
- HLTPAT005 or HLTPAT010 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
/n
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence, to operate site fire appliances
/n
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (current within 3 years)
/n
- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (current within 12 months)
/n
- National Police Clearance
/n
- Australian Working Rights
/n
- Dependent onsite or projects we may require additional licenses or qualifications
