About the Role
/n
As a Continuing Care Team (CCT) Clinician, you will provide specialist, evidence-informed mental health care to young people aged 12–25 years experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, a first episode of psychosis. You will deliver intensive case management, psychological interventions, and recovery-focused support to young people and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
You will develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, promote continuity of care across community and inpatient settings, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and positive recovery outcomes.

Experience Requirements
/n
/n
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and supporting young people experiencing first episode psychosis, acute mental health presentations, and crisis situations.
/n
- Advanced clinical skills in delivering evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside comprehensive assessment, psychoeducation, and recovery-focused care.
/n
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with young people, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to deliver collaborative, person-centred care.
/n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and maintain confidentiality.
/n
- Sound knowledge of early psychosis intervention, the Australian mental health system, relevant legislation, and accreditation standards.
/n
- A flexible, proactive approach with a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and contributing positively within a energetic team environment.

- Psychology - Registered with AHPRA
/n
- Social Work - Registered with ASW
/n
- Occupational Therapy - Registered with AHPRA
/n
- Nursing - Registered with AHPRA

Other Requirements

- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
/n
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
/n
- Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training (or willing to obtain)
/n
