Exciting Opportunity: Power Platform Developer

As the selected candidate, you will:

/n

/n

- Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 Suite, and associated business systems.

/n

- Be the primary user contact for troubleshooting, supporting system operations, and resolving issues.

/n

- Gather and document business requirements, assess opportunities for system improvements, and liaise with external vendors.

/n

- Assist in developing and deploying new systems, supporting change management and process optimisation.

/n

- Plan and deliver end-user training, ensuring staff are equipped to utilise systems effectively.

/n

- Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures, ensuring system security and compliance.

/n

- Support overall ICT operations and undertake additional project-related duties as needed.

/n/n

To be successful in this role, you should have:

/n

/n

- A tertiary qualification in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.

/n

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI,



Share Point).

/n

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot systems issues effectively.

/n

- Excellent communication skills, especially liaising with non-technical staff.

/n

- Experience in business systems analysis, process mapping, and project coordination.

/n

- Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills.

/n/n

It is desirable if you have:

/n

/n

- Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

/n

- Experience managing small to medium projects.

/n

- Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Server products, such as SQL Server, Windows Server, SSRS, or IIS.

/n

- Familiarity with supporting .NET Framework or source control systems.

/n/n
