Unplanned equipment failure costs the mining industry millions every year. Our client has built the platform that's helping some of the sector's biggest players get ahead of it — and they're looking for a Pre Sales Consultant to help take it to the next level.
/n
Their flagship platform fuses sensor data, condition reports, and maintenance history to flag equipment failures before they become costly, unplanned shutdowns. It's already trusted by major mining operators — and demand is only growing.

This role gives you the best of both worlds: Pre Sales, where you shape the technical story behind new deals, and Customer Success, where you get to see that work pay off in real client results.

What You'll Do
/n
/n
- Conduct site surveys and scope sensor requirements for prospective clients
/n
- Build a technical picture of client assets to support accurate, well‐informed proposals
/n
- Partner with sales to translate technical requirements into winning solutions
/n
- Support customer success activities including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting
/n
- Engage directly with engineers, operations teams, and asset managers to understand their maintenance challenges
/n/n
Who You'll Work With
/n
Our client's customer base includes some of the largest names in global mining — you'll be working with technical stakeholders who know their assets inside and out, so credibility and subject‐matter depth matter.
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- 7–10 years' experience in a Pre Sales Engineering or Engineering role within Mining or Asset Management
/n
- Strong understanding of sensors, particularly vibration sensors and condition monitoring
/n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to hold your own in technical conversations
/n
- A rapid‐learning, mid‐career professional who thrives on variety and problem‐solving
/n/n
