DFP Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation within the technology and services sector to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their Call Management Centre team.

About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing customer and field staff enquiries while ensuring accurate and timely coordination of service requests. You'll play a key role in maintaining service delivery standards and supporting operational efficiency across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls from customers, technicians and contractors
- Making outbound calls to coordinate and schedule service/maintenance requests
- Accurately logging, updating and closing jobs in internal systems (ITSM)
- Monitoring and following up on open service calls
- Providing timely updates to customers and field staff
- Escalating service issues where required
- Supporting field teams to ensure successful job completion
- Monitoring systems/devices and escalating faults as needed
- Maintaining robust communication across internal teams
About You
You are a customer-focused professional who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask across calls, systems, and customer requests
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Confidence using multiple systems (CRM/ITSM experience highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
