Senior Treasury Analyst
Join us in a pivotal Treasury role where you'll help shape the organisation's financial future. Working at the centre of our financing activities, you'll lead front office Treasury functions that ensure we have the funding, liquidity and financial risk management capabilities to support billions of dollars of infrastructure investment.
This is an opportunity to combine Treasury operations, capital markets, financial modelling and strategic financial analysis in a role that directly influences executive decision-making and delivers meaningful organisational impact.
What you'll do -
You'll play a key role in strengthening our financial position by:
- Leading front office Treasury activities, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, capital raising, funding and foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate hedging.
- Providing strategic Treasury advice through financial modelling, market analysis, scenario planning and funding strategies that support informed business decisions.
- Managing market and credit risk, including counterparty assessments and exposure analysis.
- Monitoring financial markets to identify opportunities and optimise debt structure, refinancing and capital management.
- Administering and continuously improving Treasury and Credit systems, processes and controls to ensure effective governance and compliance.
- Building strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, advisors, regulators and internal stakeholders to support successful Treasury operations and capital market activities.
About you
To be successful -
You'll be a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and building trusted relationships. You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in front office Treasury, including funding, capital raising, liquidity management and financial risk management.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical business insights.
- Experience managing market risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity and liquidity risks.
- Knowledge of credit risk management, counterparty analysis and Treasury controls.
- Experience administering Treasury Management and Credit systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Professional Treasury accreditation will be highly regarded.
