Description & Requirements

who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused workplace for our people.

about this team

The Store Development team has a unique opportunity to shape lululemon's physical presence across Australia and New Zealand. From identifying recent store opportunities and partnering on real estate strategy, to delivering new stores, relocations, renovations, minor works, and facilities programs across our existing portfolio, we help bring the brand to life in the communities we serve. We work closely with regional and local teams, design partners, and external stakeholders to create exceptional retail environments that elevate the guest and educator experience. We're a passionate, collaborative team that thrives on solving complex challenges, building strong partnerships, and bringing bold ideas to life. Committed to continuous improvement and best-in-class execution, we work at the intersection of real estate, design, construction, and facilities to support the full lifecycle of our stores and lululemon's growth across the region. As a Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in turning these opportunities into reality, leading projects from concept through to store opening.
