Customer Banking Specialist Relief - Dandenong Branch:

Part time prospect

30 hours per week

9.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday

Relief opportunity - This position is a relief role. In addition to supporting the Dandenong Branch, you will also support the Noble Park, Stud Park and Keysborough branches - reasonable travel is required for this role

DARI or FARSI language skills are advantageous

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Dandenong Branch, you’ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:

Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel

Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience

Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options

Be aware of movements within the branch,



ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

We’re interested in people who have:

A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality

Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour

The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence

A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
