About the Role
Are you a fast-moving, performance-driven marketer who thrives in a scale-up environment? Our client are a high-growth solar and energy company scaling rapidly to bring sustainable power solutions to homes and businesses across Australia. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with experience in fast-paced scale-up environments to take full ownership of their growth engine. Working fully remotely from Sydney, you will have complete autonomy to build performance campaigns from scratch, optimise conversion funnels, and scale our qualified lead flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, launch, and relentlessly optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns targeted at high-intent homeowners and businesses
- Build, test, and refine end-to-end acquisition funnels to deliver a reliable pipeline of high-converting leads for our sales team
- Build automated lead-nurturing workflows, customer onboarding series, and promotional broadcasts using Mailchimp
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that boosts brand awareness, builds trust, and positions us as the go-to energy provider
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and email copy; track CAC, CPL,



and ROAS; and pivot quickly based on performance data

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 + years in a fast-growing scale-up, startup, or high-velocity marketing environment. You know how to build successful systems and pivot fast
- Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable Meta Ad accounts
- Deep understanding of digital lead generation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and funnel metrics
- Experience setting up email sequences, segmenting lists, and driving revenue through email marketing
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, holding yourself accountable to clear growth metrics
- Ability to write sharp, persuasive copy that converts cold audiences into warm leads
