Our AI Governance Enablement team helps business groups meet their AI governance obligations through practical processes, effective tools and scalable governance capabilities. We are responsible for the enterprise AI Governance Inventory and continuously improve the processes, reporting and automation that support effective and responsible AI governance across Macquarie.

What role will you play?

As a Manager in AI Governance Products & Enablement, you will help business groups understand and apply established AI governance requirements through practical guidance, governance services and clear ways of working. You will support the ongoing development of the enterprise AI Governance Inventory, improving how AI use cases, governance evidence and lifecycle information are captured, managed and reported. Working closely with stakeholders across business, technology, risk and architecture teams, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, enhance reporting and automate governance activities to deliver scalable and effective governance outcomes.
What you offer

- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, governance operations, reporting, service design, technology delivery, risk, compliance or a related discipline, with the ability to improve governance processes in a regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience working across business, technology,
risk, architecture and governance teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions
- The ability to simplify, automate and scale governance activities through improved processes, tools, reporting and data management practices
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with experience creating business requirements, process workflows, guidance materials, reports and stakeholder communications
- An understanding of governance or control environments, with a focus on data quality, user experience and continuous improvement. Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, technology risk, governance platforms or financial services is highly desirable
- Ideally have exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, model or data governance, governance operations, operational or technology risk, or assurance.
- Ideally have experience with governance platforms and tooling, such as Collibra, ServiceNow GRC, Archer or similar.
