About the candidate:

We are looking for a highly experienced Store Manager with a background in sales and customer service within the retail environment. While experiance in home improvment, interior decorating or building products will be highly regarded, it is your energy and enthusiasim for working with retail and trade customers that will make you successful in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have:

· 3-5 years of retail sales (building / trade / renovation industry experience highly desirable)

· 3-5 years of retail management experience

· Possess strong leadership and management skills

· Be detail-oriented and technologically adept

· Be well-presented with a good understanding of the local community





· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Be proactive and professional, thriving in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive a strong culture aligned with our core values

· Lead by example to ensure clients receive expert customer service

· Monitor key metrics and take action to ensure profitability

· Maintain clear and effective communication at all times

· Develop and support your team to achieve business objectives

· Suggest and implement changes and improvements where relevant

· Achievement of sales targets

· Customer satisfaction
