Your new role
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end client service within Transaction Services. You will manage client enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and client portals, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Managing inbound client enquiries
- Handling high volumes of email queries
- Supporting client requests via secure portals and internal platforms
- Resolving complex and sometimes unique operational queries
- Delivering exceptional service to an existing client base
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (banking preferred but not essential)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn complex processes and systems
- Proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
- Au Citizens and Permanent Residents only
