About the Role
This role is located in Cairns office and would suit someone looking to take the next steps in their career. It involves but is not limited to:
- Providing high level support to Head of Portfolio
- Mange and service your own portfolio of clients
- Attending Client meetings with Head of Portfolio
- Preparing Client submissions
- Managing the workflow within a dynamic team
- Providing guidance to the Processing Assistants for managing current business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
- Servicing client enquiries
- Placing risks with insurers
- All general administrative duties

- Experience servicing business clients;
- Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, teamwork and strong documentation skills;
