Due to our company’s growth, Lythgo Civil Construction are currently seeking a Labourer to join our team based in Geelong.

Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a labourer and a desire to actively contribute to team planning and be committed to strong work productivity and high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Carry out tasks as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to: Assisting plant and machinery movements, handheld machine use, manual labour, asphalting, concreting and paving.

Participate in toolbox meetings

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Contribute to effective team work by being proactive,



engaged and seeking to complete high quality work in an effective and efficient manner

Skills / Competencies:

- Experience in civil construction

- Hold a current driver’s licence

- White Card

- Working with Children’s Check

- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour

- Ability to work autonomously

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

- Machinery tickets (not essential)

- HR truck license (preferred, not essential)

- Be punctual, reliable, have pride in your work
