The Role:
As our new Compliance Officer, you’ll help shape and sustain effective change across our Employment Services contracts. You’ll collaborate with senior management, coach teams, and lead initiatives that deliver real outcomes for our people, and participant.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Use data and evaluation methods to identify and document process improvements
- Plan and manage continuous business improvement and quality standards
- Analyse, monitor, evaluate, and report on business change and performance
- Provide advice to management on operational performance and development
- Ensure compliance with all Deed, Guideline, and Quality Management requirements
