We are seeking a talented individual who can combine strong driving skills with a desire to work hands on in a physical role. This varied role will see you doing some driving and delivery work with working in the field assisting around the farm.
The successful candidate will be:
- Adaptable; prepared to roll up your sleeves and muck in with whatever tasks are thrown your way…
- Happy to start work early each day – we need someone who is an early riser
- Able to work independently and also a team player – this role will see you working alone, and also side by side with all our workers who come from various backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in typical North Queensland conditions; Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s humid, sometimes it’s wet – and sometimes it is all three at once!
- Reliable – this role will be a crucial part of our organisation, so we need someone who is committed to turning up each day…
- A minimum of a LR licence is required for this role as the main duties will be truck driving
- A forklift or telehandler licence desirable, but not essential

This role is a part-time position, 15 to 20 hours across 3 to 4 days per week. We are happy to negotiate the number of hours and days if we can find the right person with the right mix of skills.
Priority will be given to candidates who are locally based in Cairns, or those who have enacted relocation plans. We won’t be considering applications from sponsorship or working holiday visa holders.
