We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our civil construction team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in earthworks and civil estimating, who can confidently manage tenders from take-off through to submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and earthworks projects

- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from plans and specifications

- Analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing

- Prepare and submit competitive tenders within required timeframes

- Assess project risks and opportunities

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams

- Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating in the earthworks and civil construction industry

- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications





- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office

- Strong communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
