The mine site and roster
With an excellent relationship with the principal miner and working with a long-term contract on site, you'll enjoy the following benefits;-
- 8:6 roster - mostly dayshift only
- FIFO from Adelaide direct to site (in central SA)
- FIFO on day 1 and day 8 - all in company time
- Interstate flights on offer for experienced UG applicants

The duties and team
You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team on site with a excellent culture. Reporting into the supervisor on crew you will be responsible for;-
- Working environment - UG workshop and field
- Duties - Servicing, general maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, problem solving
- Machinery - Raisebore drills
Your skills and experience
You will be a trade qualified auto electrician and have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working mobile plant machinery - whether that be mining, civil or Ag equipment. Experience on drills including Raisebore drill will be highly regarded,
not essential. You will also;-
- Have an eagerness to continue/ train up in the UG hard rock mining sector
- Have an excellent attitude towards work and leaning new skills
- Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
- Have the ability to work autonomously and willingness to "have a go"
- Prioritises safety and a number one
