Originally starting in Brisbane, we now have warehouses in both QLD and VIC.
We’re growing (exciting times!) and are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role
You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear first. You will be helping with orders, answering product questions and keeping things running smoothly.

If you love solving problems, staying organised and chatting to great people, you’ll fit right in. You will be working with a supportive team that genuinely cares about outstanding service.

What You’ll Bring
• Awesome customer service skills
• Experience with admin, data entry or order processing
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities




• Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks
• Confidence with systems (CRM/ERP experience is a big bonus—NetSuite even better!)
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Experience in wholesale, distribution or animal health is a plus, but not essential

Your Key Responsibilities
• Build great relationships with our customers
• Process orders and keep an eye on back orders
• Help customers with product enquiries
• Keep our customers up to date with order statuses, delays or changes
• Handle and resolve customer issues with a calm, friendly approach
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Stay on top of product knowledge
• Pitch in with general office tasks as needed
