KX Pilates is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness franchise networks — and behind the studios, campaigns and booking experience our members love, there's a Technology Shared Services team keeping everything running smoothly across KX Pilates, KX Institute, KX At Home and KX Shop.

We're looking for a Marketing Systems Coordinator to join that team — someone who loves solving problems, is happiest when things are organised and running well, and wants to build real skills across systems, CRM, campaigns and digital platforms.

About the Role

This is a first-level support and coordination role, perfect for someone early in their systems, marketing operations or digital platforms career who wants hands-on exposure across a genuinely varied tech stack.

Reporting to the Systems Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for routine systems, CRM, website and campaign requests from studios, franchise partners and HQ teams — triaging issues, doing basic troubleshooting, and escalating the trickier stuff. You'll also get involved in platform configuration, campaign and content support, testing and QA, and reporting — so no two weeks look quite the same.

You'll get stuck into things like:

- Being the go-to first contact for systems, CRM, website and campaign requests — triaging, troubleshooting and keeping everyone in the loop

- Supporting configuration across booking systems, CRM platforms, websites and other KX-supported tools

- Helping set up and deliver marketing campaigns — offers, landing pages, content, and local digital presence

- Assisting with CRM database admin, audience segmentation,



and email/SMS campaign setup

- Running User Acceptance Testing, regression testing and quality checks ahead of releases

- Pulling data extracts and basic reporting, and flagging anything that looks off

- Keeping user guides, checklists and process docs up to date, and helping train studios and internal teams

- Being a genuinely helpful, responsive point of contact for everyone who reaches out

About You

- 1-2 years experience in administration, customer support, marketing operations, digital platforms or systems support

- Comfortable picking up new systems quickly, with strong digital literacy

- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent attention to detail — you actually enjoy following a checklist properly

- Robust written and verbal communication, especially explaining things clearly to non-technical people

- Able to juggle several small tasks and stakeholder requests at once without losing track

- A problem-solver who also knows when to ask for help or escalate

Bonus points for:

- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, website CMS, booking systems or email/SMS platforms

- Background in a multi-site, franchise, retail, wellness or fitness environment

- Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite or social scheduling tools
