More than just a Job

We're seeking a HR Business Partner to join our People, Performance & Culture team, reporting to the Global Chief People Officer.

This is a key leadership role responsible for partnering with senior leaders and Franchise Partners to deliver commercially focused people solutions while driving operational excellence across the People function. You'll lead the execution of core HR initiatives, provide trusted advice on employee relations and compliance, and help build scalable people processes that support business growth.

What You'll Achieve

- Partner with senior leaders and Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand, providing trusted HR advice on employee relations, workforce planning, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.

- Lead operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee milestones, performance, development and offboarding, ensuring consistent and efficient HR service delivery.

- Support Franchise Partner HR enquiries, recruitment discovery calls and employee welfare matters, delivering responsive, practical advice and maintaining agreed service levels.

- Partner with the Customer Experience Team (CET) on talent acquisition, performance management and leader capability initiatives.

- Develop, review and maintain HR and WHS policies, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and best practice.





- Support the design and delivery of employee engagement and culture initiatives, using Employee Engagement Survey insights to drive meaningful improvements.

- Lead People & Culture projects, annual HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational capability and employee experience.

- Develop workforce reporting and people analytics that support informed business decisions.

What You'll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline

- 8–15 years' experience in HR or People & Culture roles with strong business partnering experience

- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, multi-site or franchise environments

- Strong employee relations, performance management and employment legislation expertise

- Experience leading complex HR projects and annual people cycles

- Strong workforce reporting, analytics and advanced Excel capability

- Experience developing HR policies, frameworks and operational processes

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

- High levels of organisation, discretion and attention to detail

- Experience with HR systems and process improvement initiatives
