- Opportunities to work part-time (minimum 2 days) or full-time across residential aged care facilities in ACT and the south Coast of NSW.
- Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
- Provide education and training to staff
- Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you

- A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
- Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
- Accredited to vaccinate
