Located on Queensland's coast along the Burnett River, Bundaberg is a vibrant regional city celebrated for its rich agricultural legacy, iconic drinks, and gateway access to the Outstanding Barrier Reef. Known locally as "Bundy," it blends historic sugarcane country charm with world-class natural eco-experiences. Four hours drive from Brisbane, 3 hours from Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton and approx 2.5 hours from Gympie.

Friday 21/08/26 10.00- 6pm (30 min break) .
Sunday 23/08/26 8.00-4pm no break .
Tuesday 25/08/26 10.00-6pm (30 min break).
Wednesday 26/08/26 10.00-6pm ( 30 min break).
Friday 28/08/26 10.00-6pm ( 30 min break) .
Saturday 29/08/26 8.00- 5pm no break.
Sunday 30/08/26 8.00- 4pm no break.
Tuesday 01/09/26 8.00-5pm (30 min break) .
Wednesday 02/09/26 8.00-5pm ( 30 min break).
Thursday 3/09/26 9.00-6pm (30 min break) .
Friday 04/09/26 9.00-6pm ( 30 min break).
Sunday 06/09/26 8.00-4pm no break.
Job Specification:
As the locum, you will be working alongside another 1-2 other pharmacists on weekdays & as a sole pharmacist on weekends. You will have the assistance of 2-3 dispense technicians for weekdays and 1 tech on weekends,
using dispense works for a busy script trade. 4 methadone patients but these are not scheduled for weekend pickups. Some Webster's may require checking (usually packed by the techs). Supported by 2-3 pharmacy assistants and a cosmetic consultant. Script load on weekends is generally 180-200 scripts per day. Weekdays is 350-400.
Experience Required:
* Registered as a pharmacist with the Australia Pharmacy Board (AHPRA).
* Experience with Dispense works preferred .
* Sole pharmacist capabilities for weekend shifts (essential).
Extras: Travel and Accommodation:
Travel: Mileage $1.01 per km from Brisbane or similar.
Flights may be considered but preference to locum who drives in the first instance.
Accommodation - Villa Mirasol motel or Alexandria Motel Bundaberg
Accommodation provided. Villa Mirosal only has a microwave, but locums can get crockery and cutlery from reception. If locums wish to book their own accommodation then an allowance of up to $170.00 per night will be reimbursed.
