ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman on behalf of a respected civil contractor delivering major early works projects throughout Western Sydney.
? Location: Girraween NSW
? Salary: Up to 150k (dependent on experience)

⏰ Position: Full-Time Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a solid background in excavation, earthworks, and shoring works to join a growing project team with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and trades
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor progress against schedules and report any issues Manage on-site resources, equipment,



and materials
- Assist in planning and execution of works, including risk assessments
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

ABOUT YOU:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in civil construction Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and procedures
- High-level communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Competent in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant trade or construction qualification preferred
- Current drivers licence and own transport
