They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team ahead of a new $16M, three-level school, commencing later this year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CA with3+ years’ experience who is looking to step up onto a larger, more complex project and develop their career with the support of an experienced PM and senior leadership team.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team across the full commercial and contractual lifecycle, including:
- Contract administration across a $16M education project
- Subcontractor procurement, letting and management
- Variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- RFIs, notices and contractual correspondence
- Supporting project procurement and programming
- Working closely with the PM and site team to deliver project outcomes
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
About You We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
- Education experience highly regarded
- Experience with a commercial builder
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management and procurement
- Good commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress
- Someone who is ready to step up from smaller projects into a more substantial role
Candidates with around 2 years’ experience who are performing strongly will also be considered.
