- Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure purchasing activities align with project requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally with exposure to international sourcing and supplier management.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requests, competing priorities,
and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong memory, with the ability to accurately manage verbal requests, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and on-the-spot purchasing requirements.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to think ahead in a constantly changing operational environment.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.
What We Offer:
- Permanent Part-Time position (4 or 5 days per week, flexible with working school hours also)
- Varied and exciting projects.
- A collaborative team environment where you'll work alongside talented professionals.
- Opportunities for qualified growth and career development.
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program.
- Flexible working arrangements.

- Competitive remuneration and incentive bonuses.
- A workplace culture that genuinely values innovation, teamwork, and employee wellbeing.
