About the opportunity

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll take ownership of sourcing and supplier management activities across packaging, raw materials, contract manufacturing and indirect spend categories.

This is a hands-on role where you'll partner across Operations, Quality, R&D;, Finance and Marketing to ensure the business has the right suppliers, products and services in place to support growth, innovation and operational excellence.

You'll have the opportunity to influence sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial outcomes, support new product development projects and build strong supplier partnerships both locally and internationally.

What you'll be doing

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

- Lead sourcing activities and RFx processes from market analysis through to supplier selection and implementation
- Drive commercial negotiations including pricing, service levels, lead times and contract terms
- Conduct supplier benchmarking,



cost analysis and spend reviews to identify savings and value opportunities
- Prepare sourcing recommendations supported by commercial insights and risk assessments
- Support category management activities and contribute to procurement strategies

Supplier Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships
- Manage supplier performance, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead supplier reviews and performance discussions
- Support supplier qualification and onboarding processes
- Work proactively to identify and mitigate supply risks

New Product Development Support

- Partner with R&D;, Marketing and Operations on new product launches
- Source packaging and raw material solutions that balance quality, cost and supply requirements
- Coordinate supplier quotations, samples and timelines
- Ensure suppliers are ready to support successful product launches

Business Partnering & Governance

- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, pricing forecasts and cost impact analysis
- Support procurement reporting, savings initiatives and supplier KPIs
- Draft and manage supplier contracts
- Ensure compliance with GMP, TGA and internal governance requirements

About you

You're an experienced procurement skilled who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering commercial outcomes.

You know how to strike the balance between cost, quality, service and risk, and you're equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers as you are analysing data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Degree qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
- 4-7 years' procurement experience within manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consumer products or a similar environment
- Strong sourcing, supplier management and negotiation experience
- Experience working with Australian and international supply chains
- Well-developed analytical and commercial acumen
