Membership Customer Service / Membership Consultant - Fernwood Yarraville
Fernwood Fitness Yarraville is looking for a woman who is a highly motivated, energetic people person to join our fun and hardworking team in a sales orientated role.
The role will require you to take on a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Membership sales working towards targets
- Lead generation
- Membership processing
- Member engagement
- Greeting members
- Service members
- Setting up recent members in the club
- Great Phone skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Applicants will have:
- Availability for up to 20 - 30 hours per week including some evenings till 7pm and Saturday till 12pm.
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the different needs of current and prospective members
- Ability to work autonomously and most importantly as part of a team
- Adept in using Microsoft systems and programs
- Knowledge of, or a desire to be part of, the health and fitness industry
- Proven previous sales experience is essential
