About the Role

This is the role that keeps our products moving.

As our Product & Sourcing Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day link between the team and our manufacturing partners, suppliers and compliance agencies. You'll coordinate everything from re-orders and production timelines through to new product launches, packaging, supplier negotiations and compliance, ensuring every product is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Working closely with our Head of Operations & Supply Chain, you'll own the coordination of our product lifecycle from purchase order through to delivery. This isn't a strategic management role, it's a hands-on position for someone who loves organisation, problem-solving, building supplier relationships and making sure every detail is executed flawlessly.

What You'll Do
Own supplier relationships

Become the primary day-to-day contact for our manufacturers and key suppliers, managing communication around production schedules, samples, packaging, timelines, approvals and issue resolution.

Coordinate product sourcing

Source new packaging, components and suppliers for new and existing products, obtain quotes and samples, compare options and help identify opportunities to improve quality,



cost and lead times.

Manage production & re-orders

Monitor inventory levels alongside the Operations team, raise purchase orders, coordinate production schedules and track shipments to ensure products remain in stock and launches stay on schedule.

Negotiate cost of goods

Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and payment terms, and continually look for opportunities to improve margins while maintaining quality.

Coordinate new product launches

Work closely with our suppliers, Creative director and Operations & Supply chain manager to ensure every new product launches on time, with all packaging, components and suppliers aligned.

Keep us compliant

Coordinate with compliance agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure packaging artwork, labelling, ingredient declarations and product claims meet regulatory requirements across every market we sell into.

Maintain product data

Keep product specifications, supplier information, costings, purchase orders and production records accurate and up to date, while providing regular production updates to the wider team.

Improve processes

Look for ways to streamline sourcing, purchasing and production processes, helping us become faster, more efficient and more cost-effective as we grow.

About You

- 1–3 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, production, supply chain or product operations, ideally within beauty, FMCG or another consumer goods business.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

- A confident and skilled communicator who enjoys building strong supplier relationships while confidently managing deadlines and negotiations.

- Commercially minded, with an interest in product costing, sourcing and continuous improvement.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory or purchasing systems.

- A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a rapid-paced, growing business.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with offshore manufacturers or third-party manufacturing partners.

- Exposure to cosmetic, TGA, FDA or international product compliance.

- Experience within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand
